Andrea Rigoni is an international authority in digital security with over 30 years of experience advising governments, international organizations, and regulated industries on cyber transformation. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Altirium and previously served as Managing Director at Accenture, where he led global Security for Healthcare & Public Services and worked closely with NATO and European Defence. He is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council and serves on several high-level boards, including Aspen Digital’s Global Cyber Board and the Defence Executive Council of DIGITALEUROPE.
Andrea has played a key role in shaping national cyber defence strategies and institutions, serving as Digital Security Advisor to the Italian Prime Minister’s Office and co-authoring Italy’s first National Cybersecurity Strategy. He has supported NATO projects in countries such as Ukraine, Georgia, and South Korea, and previously worked with Deloitte, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Symantec. Author of two NATO reference texts and a recent RUSI Journal article on cyber defence doctrine, he continues to contribute globally through his work with UN/ITU and GFCE.
